Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much do your services cost?

Most clients pay a fixed monthly fee based on the services they choose and the number of locations. You get the exact price in writing after your free consultation. [Add starting prices if you want to show them.]

Which POS and property systems do you work with?

We work with the major restaurant POS and hotel property-management systems and connect them to QuickBooks Online or Xero. [List the systems you support, such as Toast, Square or Clover.]

Can you handle multiple locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own books and cost targets, and you get a combined report that compares them side by side.

How quickly do you close the books each month?

Our target is to close and deliver your monthly statements within [10] business days of month end, with flash reports every week in between.

Our books are behind. Can you help?

Yes. We regularly catch up months of bookkeeping and reconcile past sales and payroll before moving you onto a regular schedule.
